Why Equally Yours, 2009?

To promote female and social awareness... I wanted people to start talking about what equality and social awareness means to them. To me social awareness and equality is about seeing our individual differences as equal strengths that contribute to something much larger. We need these differences to maintain stability and balance in our lives. To someone else who has different experiences this idea may be different. I simply want people to start thinking and talking about ideas like equality because it changes how we view and work with other people. I was looking to do this in an inviting and creative way that reaches a large audience.

I am a resident of KY and currently reside in Louisville, KY. My background includes art, graphic design and expressive therapies. I am inspired by artists who create art that evokes emotion, passion and thought. I believe these ideals are the foundations to creating positive social change.
